New Delhi, Oct 24 (IANS) The Congress on Wednesday released its candidate list for all the 40 seats for the Mizoram assembly, polls for which are slated on November 28.
Chief Minister Lal Thanhawala, who has been heading Congress government in the state since 2008, will be contesting from two seats --Serchhip and Champhai South.
