New Delhi, Sep 12 (IANS) A wrestler from Haryana and his two accomplices have been arrested on charge of involvement in an armed robbery of Rs 65 lakh and two pistols and nine cartridges recovered from them, police said on Wednesday.
Deputy Commissioner of Police P.S. Kushwah said that wrestler Sunil Kumar, 26, from Sonipat, and Rajesh, 27, and Yogender Saroya, 24, were wanted in snatching of Rs 65 lakh at gunpoint from a businessman in Jasola area's Sarita Vihar on August 1.
"Yogender was arrested from near a bus stand in south Delhi's Siri Fort area whereas kingpin Sunil and Rajesh were arrested in Narela on September 10.
"Apart from Rs 7.5 lakh, a Maruti Gypsy and an Ertiga MPV purchased from the robbed money were seized," the officer said.
