Meghalaya CM wins by-election

Tura (Meghalaya), Aug 27 (IANS) Meghalaya Chief Minister and National People's Party (NPP) candidate Conrad Sangma on Monday won the by-election from the South Tura Assembly constituency by a huge margin.
