2 killed, one critical in London stabbings

London, April 16 (IANS) Two people were stabbed to death in separate attacks in London within 40 minutes of each other while a third stabbing incident left a man critically injured, police said.

A 26-year-old man died in hospital after being attacked in Colindale, while a woman in her 30s died on the spot after she was stabbed in Brixton on Sunday, the BBC reported on Monday.

An 18-year-old man was in a critical condition after another stabbing incident. A 34-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder at the scene of the Colindale attack.

The report said that in 2018, over 35 people have been stabbed to death in the capital. Investigation into the incidents was going on.
