New Delhi, April 6 (IANS) Dabur India on Friday said it has completed acquisition of two South Africa-based personal care products companies through its step-down, wholly owned subsidiary Dermoviva Skin Essentials.
According to the fast-moving consumer goods major, the two companies -- D and A Cosmetics and Atlanta Body & Health Products -- have become step down, wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Dabur India with effect from April 5.
In a regulatory filing to the BSE, the company said that Dermoviva Skin Essentials Inc. has acquired 100 per cent share capital of the two personal care products companies on April 5.
"Accordingly, D and A Cosmetics Proprietary Limited; and Atlanta Body & Health Products Proprietary Limited have become step down wholly owned subsidiary companies of Dabur India Limited with effect from April 5," the BSE filing said.
