PFT, Microsoft to create media-savvy solution on Azure

New Delhi, March 13 (IANS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions provider Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) on Tuesday announced a partnership with Microsoft to create an intelligent and media-savvy solution on the Azure platform.

The collaboration would create new revenue streams for PFT by strengthening its flagship "CLEAR Hybrid Cloud-enabled Media ERP Suite".

"By leveraging Microsoft Azure, PFT is positioned to deliver more innovative and scalable solutions through Microsoft's global, secure, reliable Cloud infrastructure and advanced Augmented Intelligence (AI) services," Meetul Patel, Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft India, said in a statement.

The partnership would enable content owners to quickly and easily leverage the efficiencies, flexibility and agility that the Cloud provides.

"Our flagship product, CLEAR Media ERP on Microsoft Azure, will help media and entertainment companies manage the content supply chain efficiently and create more time for the creative process by tapping into automation by CLEAR and agility of Azure," added Ramki Sankaranarayanan, Co-founder and CEO of PFT.
