"The sky will be clear throughout the day," an India Meteorological Department official (IMD) said, adding that the mercury was likely to rise slightly.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 33 degrees Celsius, he said.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 74 per cent.
Saturday's maximum temperature was recorded at 32.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled at 16 degrees Celsius.
