Dimension Data appoints new CEO for South Asia, Japan, New Zealand

New Delhi, Jan 29 (IANS) Global ICT solutions and services provider Dimension Data on Monday appointed Kiran Bhagwanani as the Chief Executive Officer for its operations in South Asia, Japan and New Zealand.

Bhagwanani will be responsible for maintaining and growing Dimension Data's business, client base and scaling outcome-driven offerings.

"Markets such as Japan and New Zealand have a rich client base, and I am looking at leveraging and integrating the best practices and learnings from these countries to accelerate Dimension Data's business growth," Bhagwanani said in a statement.

Bhagwanani was earlier leading Dimension Data's India business as it's CEO since February 2011.

"Bhagwanani's expertise and background in delivering services that help clients unlock the true value of their IT investments have been critical as Dimension Data continues to transform itself into a next-generation IT services company," said John Lombard, CEO, Dimension Data Asia Pacific.
