Luv Ranjan like a big brother: Sunny Singh

Mumbai, Jan 25 (IANS) Actor Sunny Singh considers filmmaker Luv Ranjan his elder brother.

Sunny has worked with Ranjan in "Pyaar Ka Punchnama", "Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2" and the forthcoming "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety".

"Luv Ranjan is more like a big brother than director to me. Even if he shouts at me, I get to learn something from him," Sunny said in a statement.

A new-age love triangle set in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, the film is produced by T-Series' Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Luv Films' Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg. "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety" also features Kartik Aaryan and Nushrat Bharucha.

The film is slated to open on February 23.

Meghna Mishra excited to perform with Asees Kaur

Singer Meghna Mishra is looking forward to take the stage with singer Asees Kaur at the Delhi edition of Gaana Bollywood Music Project 2018.

The multi-genre Bollywood music festival will be held atJawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on Saturday and Sunday.

"I am very thrilled to perform for the first time at the Gaana Bollywood Music Project. I'm very fortunate to share the stage with such a charming singer, Asees Kaur," Mishra said in a statement.

"We have a great rapport on the stage and her voice is very powerful and mesmerising. I am sure Delhiites will enjoy the new Bollywood and Punjabi flavour which we'll be bringing to the stage of Gaana Bollywood Music Project," she added.

Rajesh Tailang hopes to work with Neeraj Pandey again

Actor Rajesh Tailang says he loved working with filmmaker Neeraj Pandey in "Aiyaary", and hopes to collaborate with him again.

"I have always been a fan of Neerajji. I loved his films like 'A Wednesday' and 'Special 26'. He is very precise and to the point. He knows what exactly he wants out of you and helps you to achieve that in a very friendly manner," Rajesh said in a statement.

"He establishes each of his characters beautifully. It was really great to be working with such a great director and human being. I hope to work with him in future too," he added.

"Aiyaary", set in Delhi, London and Kashmir, revolves around two strong-minded army officers having completely different views, yet right in their own ways. It is a real-life story based on the relationship between a mentor and a protege.

Slated to release on February 9, it features Sidharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee in the lead roles.

On his role, Rajesh said: "I am playing negative role of Brigadier K Srinivas. It is always a challenge to play a character with grey shades."
