Rabat, Jan 20 (IANS/MAP) Morocco and Cote d'Ivoire have signed an agreement to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the field of sports through a series of activities and programmes.
Moroccan Minister of Youth and Sports Rachid Talbi Alami and his Ivorian peer, Francois Albert Amichia, signed a five-year agreement. Under it, the two countries will contribute to the preparation of their national teams by organising trainings and friendly competitions in Morocco and Ivory Coast.
The two countries will also be sharing experiences and information in the areas of management and administration of sports facilities, sport medicine, the fight against doping and violence in stadiums.
