Houston, Jan 18 (IANS) Five people were killed and one severely injured in the helicopter crash in US' New Mexico state on Thursday, police said
The police said the six people were on board when the helicopter crashed in the mountains near the New Mexico-Colorado border, Xinhua news agency reported.
Investigators believed the helicopter crashed sometime around 6 p.m. on Wednesday about 25 km east of the Municipal Airport at Raton, about 280 km northeast of state capital city Santa Fe.
According to the police, the Federal Aviation Administration investigators will arrive to investigate cause of the crash.
