Thakur said the Chief Minister's office would conduct day-to-day monitoring of the women-related cases and ensured action would be taken within 48 hours.

He said stringent measures would also be taken to curb drug menace and corruption in the state, besides cyber crimes.
Thakur also sought cooperation from the state media, adding he was open for suggestions.
