The accident occurred late on Sunday night when the car carrying five persons was hit by the speeding bus from the opposite direction in the Naujheel area, the police said.
Both the bus and the car were headed to wedding ceremonies.
A motor cycle with two riders then rammed into the bus from the rear.
Four persons died on the spot. Another died at a primary health centre. Two others in critical condition were rushed to the Mathura district hospital.
