Seoul, Dec 3 (IANS) Seven people were killed and two reported missing on Sunday after a South Korean fishing boat capsized off the coast of the city of Incheon.
The vessel, weighing more than 9 tonnes and with 20 people on board, collided with a tanker weighing more than 300 tonnes in the waters near Yeongheung Island at around 6.10 a.m., reports Efe news.
The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has said that six fishermen were found unconscious and they were receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation to revive them.
President Moon Jae-in ordered the deployment of four helicopters and 14 boats to locate the missing people.
