New Delhi, Dec 2 (IANS) "Udann" is taking a five-year forward jump, and the show's lead actress Meera Deosthale says a leap increases the curiosity among audiences.
How does taking a leap help a show?
"The audience will see Chakor in a new avatar and the way she will bring back peace in Azadganj. The viewers have shown immense love for Chakor till now. The leap, in fact, increases the curiosity," Meera told IANS.
"We are not taking a leap age-wise. Chakor is not going to be a mother as she lost her baby before the leap. So for me, I am still going to be the same old Chakor. Look-wise, we have tried to keep a very young look. I don't mind doing a leap that way," she added.
What has been the most challenging part for her?
"'Udann' has been challenging since the day I joined. From running in the sun bare feet to doing a miscarriage scene.... That scene was really tough for me as I had put in a huge amount of effort both emotionally and mentally," she said.
On actor Kamal Narayan Rajvanshi's character ending in the show, she said: "He is like a father-figure on sets. He really cares for all of us like he would ask us if we had food. I would miss chatting with him on the set."
