New Delhi, Dec 1 (IANS) National passenger carrier Air India on Friday said that it will introduce a direct flight between Chandigarh and Bangkok from December 11, 2017.
According to the airline, the new service is in response to the long-standing demand of passengers from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.
"The flight will be operated three days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday," the airline said in a statement.
Air India will operate the new flight on its latest fuel efficient A320neo aircraft offering passengers 12 business and 150 economy class seats.
