Part of an acting school project, this film was shot on a budget of 5000 rupees in 2013. It was conceptualised, shot and edited in 4 days, with a cast and crew of 5 students only.
Karma Games is the story of a virtual, utopian world, where currency didn't exist. It trails the story of a disgruntled young man who, when faced with the reality of money being an alien concept/entity, decides to unravel the situation and find a way out. And when he eventually wakes up in the real world, he's left with a lingering, insightful, new perspective.
