Bengaluru: Karnataka mother daughter duo to fly around the world in 80 days

Bengaluru: Pilot Audrey Deepika Maben and her 19-year-old daughter Amy Maben -also a pilot- who are set to embark on 80 Day World Tour in "Mahi" - a motorised, digital microlite aircraft during a press conference at Jakkur Aerodrome, in Bengaluru on Nov 29, 2017. During the journey they will be covering 50,000 km with a minimum of 54 landings. They will be flying over Japan, Russia, Alaskan countries, Northern America, Iceland, Greenland and other European countries, Tehran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and finally return back to Jakkur Aerodrome, in Bengaluru.
