Army rescues US citizen injured during paraglidingShimla, Oct 25 (IANS) Indian Army rescued US citizen Barry Roberts who was injured while paragliding in Himachal Pradesh's Palampur, an army official said on Wednesday.

His paraglider hit the rock at 3,900 metre altitude around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, the official said, adding Roberts was rescued successfully from crash site early on Wednesday by an army helicopter from Pathankot, tasked by the Western Command for the operation.
