Liberian man detained for raping minor foster daughter

Monrovia, Oct 24 (IANS/MAP) A Liberian man was detained for allegedly raping his 15-year-old foster daughter.

Mohammed S.B. Kamara, 48, a resident of Clara Town community in Monrovia, was arrested on October 18 based on a complaint filed by the victim's mother.

She alleged that her daughter was sexually abused by Kamara, her brother-in-law, while she was out on a business trip.

The victim alleged that Kamara instructed her not to disclose the act to anyone.
