Itanagar, Oct 5 (IANS) Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brigadier (Retired) B.D. Mishra on Thursday voiced concern over corruption and leakage of public funds.
He made the observation even as he advised government officials to implement the ongoing developmental projects and programmes with zeal.
Mishra, sworn in as Governor on Tuesday, was chairing his first review meeting with senior government officers on developmental activities in the state.
Concerned over corruption and leakage of public funds, the Governor stressed on third party auditing, e-payment and payment through bank accounts.
