Mumbai, Aug 12 (IANS) Singer-composer Arko Pravo Mukherjee, who has released his non-film track "Aainda", says he prefers composing songs rather than singing.
At a meet and greet session at the Hungama Office called Hungama Spotlight, he gave an insight into his career.
Starting his career in Bollywood with "Jism 2" in 2012 with his composition of "Abhi abhi", he said it was filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt who recognized his talent.
Asked if he would choose composing or singing songs, he said in a statement: "I prefer composing more than singing. When I am composing, I have the chance to stay alone and create something."
"The best part of the process is that I get to do it alone. When it comes to singing there are other people and other steps involved, especially for Bollywood music."
"Aainda", an ode to idealistic love, features actor-producer Riteish Deshmukh with Italian actress Madalina in its video.
