Police said the accused - identified as Dhruv Kumar, Vishal, Sonu and Sagar - are residents of south Delhi's Hauz Khas, Badarpur and Khanpur.
The arrests were made on Friday on Devli road during integrated vehicle checking by police teams.
"During checking, the police party noticed three of them were riding on a motorcycle on Khanpur-Devli road in suspicious condition. Having seen the police checking, they tried to flee from the spot but were overpowered by police teams," Deputy Commissioner of Police Ishwar Singh said, adding "they failed to provide any documents".
"During verification, the bike was found to be stolen. During interrogation, they told the interrogators that they are members of a bike lifter gang and robbed bikes for joy rides with their girlfriends," Singh said.
During checking of the CCTV footage of previous robberies in the Hauz Khas area, police teams with the help of Police Mitras identified Dhruv Kumar involved in bike lifting in the Hauz Khas area. Fifteen bikes were recovered from the gang's possession, the officer added.
