Kalamandir Foundation, known for its proactive drive towards social causes, initiated an Anti Drug Walk and announced it 10 days back. Excise Enforcement Director Akun Sabharwal had already launched the related poster in the presence of some school students 10 days ago. The Walk is scheduled on July 30, Sunday at 7 AM near KBR Park.

Much to the astonishment of all, this anti drug walk caught the attention of who is who of every walk of life. Movie Artistes Association (MAA) and Film Directors' Association have come forward to join hands in the walk. Adding to this sevaral schools and colleges, the popular Harsha Motors, The Park Hyderabad, Gitam University, Talwars, Supra Builders, iQlik Movies, Omni Hospitals, Tatva, V5, Hope Trust, KIMS Hospitals, Hyderabad Foodies and countless other brands have got associated with the Walk.

 

The exclusive individual posters of SAY NO TO DRUGS by who-is-who of Electronic Media, Print Media, Web Media, Film Industry and other walks of business have become viral on social media.

Interestingly, NDA's candidate for Vice President of India Hon. Venkiah Naidu is gracing the occasion to wave the flag and his Swarnabharat Trust is also supporting this Walk.

Now, the talk of the town is, while Hyderabad is the shelter for thousands of companies and brands how only Kalamandir Foundation turned as a pioneer in this initiative.
