New Delhi, July 29 (IANS) It was a cloudy Saturday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.3 degrees Celsius, normal for the season's average.
"It will be a generally cloudy sky with chances of light rain," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
Delhi had received 4.6 mm rain in the last 24 hours.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 85 per cent.
The maximum temperature will likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature on Friday settled at 35.9 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average and the minimum temperature was recorded at 28.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
