Mumbai, July 13 (IANS) Popular streaming platform Hotstar has partnered with CBS Corporation to debut cable network Showtimes entertainers like "Ray Donovan", "The Affair" and "Billions" in India.
The partnership will allow the premium subscribers of the OTT platform in India to access Showtime's new shows like "Smilf", "Escape at Dannemora", "Twin Peaks".
"We have been continuously raising the bar on what is already the best streaming service for an Indian audience interested in international stories. The deal with CBS is in line with our strategy of bringing the best of new shows and movies from around the world to our premium subscribers," Ajit Mohan, CEO, Hotstar said in a statement.
