New Delhi, June 27 (IANS) It was a hot Tuesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 30.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius. Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 67 per cent.
The MeT has predicted a partly cloudy evening.
"The sky is expected to get partly cloudy with possibility of light rains and thundershowers towards the evening and night," an official from the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) told IANS.
The maximum temperature on Monday settled at 38.6 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average and the minimum temperature was recorded at 30.4 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
