New Delhi, May 10 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy Wednesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.7 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
Thunder and lightening are likely to occur later in the day.
"The sky would remain partly cloudy, but there will be development of thunders or lightening," an official from the India Meteorological Department (IMD) told IANS.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 60 per cent. The maximum temperature would likely hover around 41 degrees Celsius.
On Tuesday, the maximum temperature settled at 42.8 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average and the minimum temperature was 28.2 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
