The film, which is Ronnie Screwvala's first solo production venture after departing from UTV Motion Pictures, is a house-hunting adventure set in Mumbai, read a statement.
The shooting of the film, which took place on real locations here, lasted for 50 days and was wrapped up in January end.
"Love Per Square Foot" also marks the directorial debut of Anand Tiwari, who earlier made the short film "Bang Baaja Baaraat".
Screwvala is co-producing the film under his banner RSVP, along with Still and Still Moving Pictures.
