Dismiss three TN ministers who threatened IT officials: PMK

Chennai, April 15 (IANS) The Tamil Nadu government should dismiss three ministers against whom a police complaint has been lodged for threatening and obstructing Income Tax officials from performing their duty, said PMK founder S.Ramadoss.

In a statement issued here Ramadoss said the IT complaint against Food and Civil Supplies Minister R. Kamaraj, Housing and Urban Development Minister K. Radhakrishnan, Information and Publicity Minister Kadambur Raju and state's Special Representative Thalavai Sundaram is not a simple matter.

According to IT department's complaint, the four threatened and obstructed their officials while they were conducting search operations at Tamil Nadu Health Minister C.Vijayabaskar and actor Sarathkumar's residence on April 7.

Ramadoss said ministers should be an example for others in following the law, and demanded that all the four be dismissed and arrested.
