Los Angeles, April 13 (IANS) Actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus shared a video on social media spoofing White House Press Secretary Sean Spicers gaffe-filled news conference in which he mis-spoke about Adolf Hitler and the Holocaust.
Louis-Dreyfus plays former President Selina Meyer in the upcoming sixth season of the show "Veep" that will air in India on Star World Premiere HD.
The video weaves footage of Spicer's cringe-inducing press briefing on Tuesday with the end credits and snippets from the political satire, reportsdailymail.co.uk.
"This feels like an Emmy winning episode to me," Louis-Dreyfus tweeted on Wednesday -- with the YouTube video poking fun at Spicer attached.
Spicer shocked the White House briefing room on Tuesday by suggesting that Hitler was a lesser evil than Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad when it came to using chemical weapons against his people.
