Srinagar, March 4 (IANS) At a minus 8.6 degrees Celsius, the ski resort of Gulmarg was the coldest in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday as the weather office forecast dry weather for the next three days.
"Ladakh's Leh and Kargil towns recorded higher minimum temperatures than Gulmarg. In Leh, the minimum was minus 3.5 while in Kargil it was minus 4.5," a Met department official said.
Srinagar and Pahalgam recorded 0.1 and minus 4.8 respectively while Jammu city had 12.9, Katra 10.2, Batote 4.0, Bannihal 1.4 and Bhaderwah 1.8.
