Sapna Sikarwar shoots despite being unwell

Mumbai, Feb 27 (IANS) Actress Sapna Sikarwar, who plays the role of Kashmira in popular comedy show "May I Come in Madam?", continued shooting for the show despite being ill.

"Being a professional and realising the importance of the shoot to complete on time, I decided to take some medicines and continued the shoot. I was coughing badly and between shots had a lot of hot water to clear my throat so I could mouth the dialogues," Sapna said in a statement.

Sapna says the entire team of the Life OK show was worried about her and also advised her to pack up and visit the doctor.

"They even suggested me to shoot the scenes later, but I insisted on doing it as I didn't want to spoil the entire scheduling and waste everyone's time," she added.

Ratan Rajput, Ayaz Ahmed change their names

Actors Ratan Rajput and Ayaz Ahmed, who play lead roles in "Santoshi Maa", have changed the spellings of their names.

Ratan Rajput is now spelled as Ratan Raajputh and Ayaz Ahmed will now be Ayyaz Ahmed.

"I felt very intuitive about this and you have just one life. I believe in universe, manifestation and vibrations. According to numerology my name number and my destiny number should be same and hence I decided to change the spelling and added an extra 'Y' in Ayaz," Ayyaz said.

Faisal Rashid turns 'chaiwala' on set

Actor Faisal Rashid, the lead actor of "Har Mard Ka Dard", says he is a tea lover and even treats everyone on the show's set by making tea.

"Yes, I made chai (tea) for the whole unit. Being a tea lover, I am very particular about my masala tea. So every day I only end up making it for myself and sometimes for others with lemongrass, ginger, cardamom, mint leaves in it," Rashid said in a statement.

"Har Mard Ka Dard", aired on Life OK, also features Jinal Belani and Vaishali Thakkar among others.
