New Delhi, Feb 22 (IANS) A case has been registered against three men after a married woman accused them of gang-rape in a moving car, Delhi Police said on Wednesday.

The crime occurred when the woman, a resident of Burari in north Delhi, was going to her relative's house in Timarpur area around 1 p.m. on Sunday, Deputy Commissioner of Police Jatin Narwal told IANS.

She said she was walking through Yamuna Biodiversity Park when accused Nadeem, Nasim and Arun, all resident of Bakhtawarpur, met her on way and offered to drop her by car at Jagatpur.

"The woman said she was gang-raped by the three men inside the moving car for at least two hours. They later dumped her in agricultural field at Hiranki village on the Delhi-Haryana border," the officer said.

The woman later submitted a complaint to police, who registered a zero FIR at Alipur and transferred it to Timarpur police station, he added.

"During the probe, we found cross-cases were registered against the woman and accused last year. Police are investigating the matter further. No arrest has been made yet."
