Bill Murray's 'What About Barb?' to get all-female reboot

Los Angeles, Jan 28 (PTI) Veteran actor Bill Murray's "What About Barb?" is set to get an all-female reboot.

The 1991 Frank Oz movie will return as a TV show, reported Deadline.

The original starred Murray, 66, as the demanding psychiatric patient Bob of therapist Leo (played by Richard Dreyfuss), who tracks him down on his family holiday and drives him crazy with constant demands for attention, while his family start to warm to Bob, much to Leo's annoyance.

The pilot will be written and produced by Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, who wrote and produced episodes of "New Girl".
