Cuncolim (Goa), Dec 19 (IANS) Former Inspector General of Prisons Elvis Gomes will be the Chief Ministerial candidate of the AAP in Goa, Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal declared on Monday.
Kejriwal made the announcement at an Aam Aadmi Party rally here. Goa will see assembly elections early next year.
