Los Angeles, Dec 20 (IANS) Singer Robin Thicke is planning a memorial for his late father, actor Alan Thicke, who passed away on December 13.
Alan suffered a heart attack while playing hockey with his son Carter at a skating rink in Burbank, California. He was 69.
Robin is reportedly calling on some of his Hollywood friends to arrange a tribute to his father.
"He's planning a tribute to his dad and has been personally calling some of his dad's Hollywood friends to get stories and quotes," a source close to the family told etonline.com.
"He knows he has to be strong for his brothers, and is focused on making this as easy for Carter as possible. (Robin) has realised that he has to be incredibly strong for his family right now.
"He is focused on honouring his dad, and making this easy on his family," the source added.
