Kochi, Dec 18 (IANS) India football team coach Stephen Constantine congratulated Atletico de Kolkata (ATK) for winning the Indian Super League (ISL) title for the second time as they edged past Kerala Blasters 4-3 on penalties here after the match was locked 1-1 in regulation time.
"Congratulations to Atletico De Kolkata on winning the ISL," Constantine tweeted.
Former England and Manchester City goalkeeper David James, who was Kerala Blasters' marquee player and manager when they played ATK in the final in 2014, finishing second best then as well, felt "devastated" after another snub.
"Devastating! @KeralaBlasters went so close! Well done @atletidekolkata , 2016 @IndSuperLeague Champions! #letsFootball," tweeted the 46-year old.
Bollywwod actor and defending champions Chennaiyin FC co-onwer Abhishek Bachchan, who was in the stands watching the final, wished ATK as well.

All India Football Federation (AIFF) president Praful Patel soaked in the euphoria of the packed Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here and tweeted likewise.
