Lucknow, Dec 13 (IANS) IAF chief Arup Raha would inaugurate the Central Air Command's station commanders conference in Allahabad on Wednesday, a defence spokesperson said.
Air Chief Marshal Raha would also be addressing air warriors and civilian employees of the command headqurters on his vision of Indian Air Force (IAF).
The conference, chaired by Central Air Command chief, Air Marshal S.B.P. Sinha, will be attended by the commanders of all the IAF establishments within the command's jurisdiction and provide a forum for them to exchange views on operation, maintenance and administrative matters requiring deliberations with senior command officials.
On the sidelines of the conference, the IAF chief's wife Lily Raha, who is also president of Air Force Wives Welfare Association (AFWWA), would also preside over the regional chapter's Board of Management meeting where she would review various welfare measures undertaken for the benefit of the air warriors' spouses and their family members to improve the quality of life.
