Foggy Wednesday morning in Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 7 (IANS) Dense fog engulfed the national capital on Wednesday morning with the minimum temperature recorded at 11.2 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.

As the visibility at some parts in Delhi dropped below 50 metres, the IMD said similar situation will continue for at least two more days.

"The sky will remain clear in the day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

According to the weather office, the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 25 degrees Celsius, and the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 98 per cent.

Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at 24.8 degrees Celsius, the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.4 degrees Celsius, the season's average.
