New Delhi, Nov 29 (IANS) The Lok Sabha was disrupted twice on Tuesday as opposition members created ruckus over the fiscal chaos following the demonetisation.
Soon after the house met, opposition members raised slogans against the Centre's note ban move. They wanted a debate on the issue under an adjournment motion which entails voting.
However, the government rejected the opposition demand.
Speaker Sumitra Mahajan tried to run the Question Hour, but as the din continued, she adjourned the house first till 11.30 a.m. and then till 12 noon.
