New Delhi, Nov 23 (IANS) The central government on Wednesday made some top-level bureaucratic changes, appointing Yudhvir Singh as Chairman, National Highways Authority of India, and making four senior-level appointments.
According to an official statement, Rajiv Yadav, a 1981-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
Ameising Luikham, a 1981-batch IAS officer, is now an Officer-on-Special Duty (OSD) in the Ministry of Minority Affairs. Luikham moves in following superannuation of incumbent OSD Rakesh Garg of 1980 batch.
Susheel Kumar, who is serving as Secretary, Department of Border Management in the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been as appointed Secretary in the Ministry of Coal.
Anoop Kumar Srivastava, a 1981-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Officer-on-Special Duty in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. The officer take over as OSD on superannuation of incumbent officer Shyam S. Agarwal.
