After talks come out about it's remade in four southern languages, highest grossing Marathi film ‘Sairat’ is going to Bollywood now. ‘Sairat’ which was directed by Nagraj Popat Rao Majule has grossed more than 100 crores and created a new history in Marathi films. Popular Kannada Producer ‘Rockline’ Venkatesh who Produced films like ‘Linga’,’Power’ has acquired remake rights for ‘Sairat’. He is planning to remake the film in four southern languages.
Now popular Bollywood Director, Producer Karan Johar grabbed it’s remake rights for Hindi version. Dharma Productions along with Zee Studios will produce this film.Currently, Script work is going on and the film will hit the floors next year.
