New Delhi, Oct 31 (IANS) It was a clear Monday morning here, with the minimum temperature recorded at 15.5 degrees Celsius, normal for the season, the weather office said.
"The sky will remain clear during the day. However, there will be mist or shallow fog in the morning," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official told IANS.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 31 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 94 per cent.
Sunday's maximum temperature settled at 31.7 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 15 degrees Celsius, one degree below the season's average.
