Chandigarh, Oct 26 (IANS) A senior Indian Air Force officer was found dead under suspicious circumstances at the Sirsa airbase in Haryana, the state police said on Wednesday.
Wing Commander R.K. Tiwari, who was in charge of the airbase, died of a gunshot wound.
The police said it appeared to be a case of suicide.
Further investigations are in progress.
