Washington, Oct 20 (IANS) Five teenagers have been arrested for their involvement in making bomb threats this week that forced the evacuation of two schools in Arkansas in the US.
Police said they arrested two 16-year-old boys and three 13-year-old girls on Wednesday. They face charges of communicating a false alarm, Xinhua news agency reported.
The two boys are being held without bail while the girls are each jailed with a bail of $2,500 at the juvenile detention centre.
The teenagers made five separate bomb threats to Hot Springs Middle School and Hot Springs High School on Monday, forcing them to be evacuated.
