New Delhi, Oct 6 (IANS) Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Jaisalmer on Friday on a two-day visit to review the security situation along the India-Pakistan border with Chief Ministers of four states.
According to official sources here, the review meeting will be attended by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal.
Top BSF officers and senior officials of the state governments of Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Punjab will also be present.
Rajnath Singh will also chair a meeting with the Chief Ministers.
The Home Minister will also tour border areas of Rajasthan and the border outposts to assess the situation along the border.
The Home Minister will hold a separate meeting with BSF officials in Barmer on October 8.
