New Delhi, Oct 3 (IANS) It was a warm, humid Monday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 27.7 degrees Celsius, six notches above the season's average. The Met office has forecast a partly cloudy day ahead.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 36 degree Celsius.
"Monday morning was warm and humid. The sky is likely to be partly cloudy today with drizzle in some parts of the city," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 74 per cent.
Sunday's maximum temperature was recorded at 36.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 27.5 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average.
