Los Angeles, Sep 27 (PTI) Actress Daisy Ridley has joined the cast of live-action/animated hybrid "Peter Rabbit".
The movie also stars Rose Byrne and James Corden, reported Variety.
The film will be directed by Will Gluck from a screenplay by Rob Lieber with revisions by Gluck.
Corden will voice Peter and Byrne will star in the live-action female lead role of Bea.
Gluck and Zareh Nalbandian are both attached to produce the feature, with Doug Belgrad serving as executive producer.
Production on "Peter Rabbit" is scheduled to start in January 2017, with the film set to release worldwide in April 2018.
