The 31-year-old woman, named as Tiziana C., had filed a civil lawsuit against the four individuals after receiving abuse from internet trolls over the video allegedly sent to the suspects on WhatsApp last year.
The woman allegedly hanged herself with a scarf at the home of relations in Mugnano near Naples on Tuesday after an earlier suicide attempt. She had also applied to change her name.
Naples prosecutors are probing the woman's suicide and a court in the southern city has ruled that any web pages referring to the porn video she appeared in must be removed from the Internet immediately.
